Metrics has a longstanding tradition of hiring recent graduates to help them begin their professional career. Every Metrics employee spends the first portion of their employment in nearly three months of training. After that most employees spend about 25 days a year in training. Our entry-level positions are a good foot-in-the-door for qualified graduates.
